We’re looking for a self-driven, customer-obsessed Events Marketing Manager to craft, execute, and measure in-person hosted events that build and advance our sales pipeline across the United States. As a trusted advisor to marketing and sales leadership, you’ll have an in-depth understanding of the nuances across regions and the challenges our prospects and customers face.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure field feedback influences upcoming campaigns while rigorously measuring success. You should be an expert at balancing strategic thinking with high-speed tactical execution to deliver outstanding, scalable experiences.

This is a remote role that can be based anywhere in the United States.

What you’ll do:

  • Plan, build, and execute event concepts and experiences targeting prospects and customers through our owned/hosted field marketing events program.
  • Implement creative, scalable, and in-person experiences to drive new business, upsells, and overall ROI.
  • Forecast, measure, and report on the impact of event activities on sales pipeline, revenue, and conversion against agreed goals.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders on program results, aggregating findings weekly and monthly for marketing and sales leadership.
  • Develop templated event programs designed to grow and scale with the company’s expansion.

What we look for:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in a B2B event marketing role with a focus on demand generation.
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional workstreams to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proven ability to partner with revenue and marketing operations teams while managing third-party vendors and budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal professionally with senior executives, sales teams, and external vendors.
  • Technical proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Google Workspace, and modern marketing tech stacks.
  • Willingness and ability to travel: Minimum of 20% annual travel (typically 1x per month), with flexibility for peak seasons.

Compensation Range: $80K - $120K
