We’re building the internet’s home for bets on reality TV, celebrity moments, and viral internet culture from The Bachelor and Love Island to The Traitors and beyond.


Fans can call their shot on everything from who gets eliminated to which celebrity post explodes online. Whether it’s predicting Kendall Jenner’s Instagram engagement or the outfit that dominates the red carpet, Goss lets fans prove they saw it coming.


Role Overview

We’re looking for a Data Analyst to help us better understand our users, improve our product, and drive smarter decisions across the company.

This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day analysis, reporting, and insight generation. You’ll work closely with product, design, trading and marketing to answer key questions, spot trends, and help shape how we use data as a business.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who wants real ownership, fast learning, and exposure to a wide range of problems.


What You’ll Do

  • Analyse data, using Tableau or SQL, to answer business questions and spot trends
  • Deep-dive into marketing performance and user behaviour
  • Evaluate pricing, promotions, and user conversion
  • Help segment our users to drive better targeting, conversion, and monetisation
  • Build and maintain dashboards to deliver clear, actionable insights across the business
  • Help transition reporting from manual to automated processes

What You Bring

  • 1–3 years in a data/analytics role
  • Good SQL skills
  • Experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.)
  • Excellent Excel / Google Sheets skills
  • Clear communication and a naturally curious mindset
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities


Nice to Have

  • Marketing or product analytics experience
  • Basic understanding of A/B testing
  • Interest in entertainment / digital products
