About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications that support our logistics operations and business objectives. Your work will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative web solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and adhering to best practices in performance, security, and usability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology projects within a dynamic logistics environment. While initially based remotely from India, the role offers potential relocation opportunities to Dubai or Oman after a successful probation period of approximately 12 months, depending on business needs and individual performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with proficiency in React, Laravel, React Native, HTML, CSS, and related JavaScript/PHP frameworks.
• Experience working with databases, code versioning tools such as Git or SVN, and web server environments like Apache or Nginx.
• Strong problem-solving skills in operational environments and a fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle and UI/UX best practices.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or DigitalOcean, and system testing methodologies, including automated testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Familiarity with OCR frameworks and interest in automation, artificial intelligence, and innovative research to solve complex business challenges.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and collaborate effectively with team members and operational staff.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai or Oman after the probation period if required, with adaptability to Middle Eastern working environments and onsite operational teams.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, automate, and maintain web applications and services that align with business and operational goals, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to maintain consistency in application design and user experience.
• Document technical specifications, project progress, and product features to facilitate knowledge sharing and future enhancements.
• Stay informed about emerging web development trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve development processes and product quality.
• Engage with operational teams, including yard staff, logistics, and accounts, to understand their workflows and integrate solutions effectively.
