Responsibilities:
- Designing WEB/Mobile projects.
- Designing UI/UX platform services: APIs, forms, and usage scenarios.
- Developing optimal technical solutions considering all factors and business specifics.
- Gathering, analyzing, and shaping requirements.
- Understanding and analyzing business requirements and transforming them into system requirements.
- Developing various documentation for system implementation and configuration (description of business processes in the system, user roles, user instructions, presentations, testing scenarios, etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- English language proficiency: B2-C1+.
- Experience in writing and approving functional requirements, non-functional requirements, technical specifications.
- Knowledge of basic modeling notations and process/system descriptions (UML, BPMN, etc.).
- Solid knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): requirements gathering and analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance.
- Proficient user of Jira and Confluence.
- Knowledge of technologies and tools: REST, Swagger, Postman.
- Flexible mindset, communication skills, ability to negotiate and build partnerships with process participants.
- Experience with basics of functional and integration testing of systems
- Experience with technology stack (PHP, MySQL, Redis, RabbitMQ, Kubernetes)
- Experience in designing systems together with development teams
- Experience in conceptualizing new solutions.
- Knowledge of IT system construction principles, virtualization systems, and orchestration systems.
- Systematic thinking, impact assessment on adjacent business processes/information systems.
