This role will oversee quality assurance activities, support root cause analysis, and ensure that products meet rigorous quality standards. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Korean, highly organized, and experienced in quality systems and team management within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related discipline required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Bilingual in English and Korean is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and independently initiate tasks within scope.
- Deep understanding of workplace safety programs and practices.
- Proficient with gauges and various measuring instruments.
- Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including support across multiple shifts.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
