Job Description

The Sr. Product Manager will have healthcare SaaS experience specializing in product vision, ability to work with software engineers, work the Jira board, and end users/customers.


*Local candidates preferred, but role is 100% remote*


Key Responsibilities

• Define, articulate, and execute the product vision and strategy.

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business impact and user needs.

• Define the product backlog, requirements, and user stories for the engineering team and prioritize them against outcome-oriented goals to execute on the product strategy.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and effective user interfaces.

• Work with data scientists and engineers to incorporate advanced algorithms that improve matching accuracy and user experience.

• Analyze market trends, the competitive landscape, and user feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.

• Define metrics to measure the success of the product and drive continuous optimization.

• Engage with clinical partners and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the product aligns with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment, specifically in the healthcare or clinical research industry.

• Demonstrated track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

• Strong technical acumen, with expertise in AI/ML technologies and data-driven product development.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare data, data analytics, and their application in driving product decisions.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to lead teams.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.

• Deep understanding of regulatory requirements affecting clinical trials and healthcare software products.

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience with Jira
