Support Engineer (Cloud / Full Stack Support) – US Hours


We’re hiring a Support Engineer to join our growing support team, focused on maintaining uptime and resolving technical issues across cloud-based environments.


This is a hands-on, reactive support role supporting production systems across the full stack (infrastructure through to application level), working primarily with modern web technologies in public cloud environments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Provide reactive technical support for live production systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to restore service as quickly as possible
  • Follow and execute runbooks for known issues
  • Support across the full stack (infrastructure, networking, and application layers)
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
  • Contribute to ongoing service stability and operational improvements


Tech Environment


  • Public cloud (primarily AWS and/or GCP)
  • Modern web-based applications
  • Production support / live environments


Requirements


  • Experience in a technical support / support engineering / infrastructure role
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP or similar)
  • Networking fundamentals
  • How applications work (without needing to code)
  • Ability to troubleshoot across multiple layers of a system
  • Comfortable working in a reactive, incident-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
