Product Manager – SaaS Products

Contract to Hire with CDW

100% Remote – work from home


CDW is seeking a Junior Product Manager with SaaS experience to support the strategy, development, and performance of a growing portfolio of subscription-based products. This role is ideal for someone early in their product career who already understands how SaaS products operate and is ready to contribute across roadmap planning, product analytics, and go-to-market execution.

You’ll partner closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused, data-driven product enhancements that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.


What You’ll Do

  • Support management of the end-to-end SaaS product lifecycle (discovery, MVP, launch, optimization)
  • Contribute to product roadmap development aligned to customer needs and business goals
  • Analyze product and business performance metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, usage, adoption)
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight gathering
  • Assist with pricing and packaging strategies for subscription-based offerings
  • Support go-to-market execution, including positioning, messaging, and launch readiness
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials and product documentation
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver product initiatives


What We’re Looking For (Required)

  • 1–3 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or business analysis within a SaaS environment
  • Working knowledge of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV, CAC, product usage)
  • Experience supporting product launches, feature releases, or roadmap initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Understanding of subscription models and customer lifecycle
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams


Preferred experience:

  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4)
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or product roadmapping tools
  • Exposure to A/B testing, user feedback loops, or product experimentation
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments


Not a Fit If

  • Background is primarily non-SaaS with no product exposure
  • Experience is limited to project coordination without product or analytics involvement
  • No familiarity with subscription-based business models or SaaS KPIs
