🚀 The Challenge:

• Analyze user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to shape effective UX solutions;
• Design clear, user-centered experiences supported by well-defined design systems;
• Present and communicate design decisions in a structured and compelling way;
• Collaborate with cross-functional and intercultural teams in a remote environment;
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to drive alignment and innovation;
• Act as a consultant by challenging assumptions and guiding teams toward best UX practices;
• Proactively identify gaps and opportunities to improve design processes and standards;

• Ensure smooth collaboration and delivery in a fully remote setup.

🛠 What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in UX design projects, ideally in B2B environments;
• Strong UX-focused background, with visual design skills as a plus;
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences;
• Experience working with design systems and user-centered methodologies;
• Confidence in stakeholder management and communication;
• Experience facilitating workshops and collaborating with diverse teams;
• A consulting mindset with the ability to advise and influence decision-making;
• Fluency in English (German is a plus);
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working remotely;
• Availability to work at least 2 days per week on the project.
