Digital Product Owner

The Digital Product Owner is responsible for developing, enhancing, and sustaining digital technologies in agriculture business processes across regions. They align business processes with regional stakeholders and translate them into product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and improve business processes, ensuring alignment and adoption across regions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute product roadmaps.
• Define product features, user stories, and requirements, focusing on user experience.
• Manage change impacts, stakeholder expectations, and post-launch product performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve products.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or science (preferably in Agriculture Business).
• Experience in digital product development, business process mapping, Salesforce and multi-region work.
• Minimum 4 years in business consulting/process design and digital product development.
• Food Manufacturing experience.
