Along with our partner, we are seeking a highly creative Motion Graphics Editor/Designer to create standout performance content across a diverse portfolio of leading consumer brands.
This is a hands-on thinker/doer role for someone who can design, edit, and animate polished creative in a fast-moving environment. The right person is not just a strong editor, but someone with real motion design ability, strong visual instincts, and a sharp eye for layout, typography, pacing, and UI-driven storytelling. You should be comfortable creating elevated, design-forward work that feels intentional, modern, and performance-minded.
You will work closely with their internal teams and external stakeholders to develop digital and social creative across platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and more. The ideal candidate understands direct response marketing, knows how to balance speed with craft, and is eager to push creative quality while staying aligned to performance goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Create high-quality motion graphics with a strong design sensibility, including typography, layout, compositing, transitions, and UI-based animation
- Build polished ad creative that blends brand storytelling with direct response best practices
- Review footage and produce edits with strong narrative structure, pacing, and shot selection
- Quickly assemble edits, iterate on concepts, and implement feedback from clients and internal teams under tight deadlines
- Design and animate visual systems, graphics, and screen/UI moments that make creative feel elevated and intentional
- Manage media and organize assets across Google Drive, Slack, Notion, and Asana
- Quality control exports to ensure all deliverables meet creative standards, technical specs, brand guidelines, and deadlines
- Complete and transfer final deliverables to clients and stakeholders accurately and on time

What You’ll Need:
- 2–5 years of experience in motion design, video editing, and digital creative, ideally within a DTC agency or other fast-paced performance marketing environment
- Advanced motion graphics skills with a strong design eye — this role requires someone who can create polished, high-end work, not just basic animation
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail across typography, layout, composition, pacing, and overall creative polish
- Experience designing and animating UI-inspired or screen-based visuals is strongly preferred
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows, visual storytelling, and how to make creative feel premium while still performance-oriented
- Comfortable working from scripts, briefs, or loose direction while maintaining a high level of craft and creative consistency
- Strong understanding of social platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, and what makes content perform in each environment
- A sharp sense of culture, trends, and creative strategy, with the ability to turn insights into engaging, high-performing work
- Strong English communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive, self-directed approach
