Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design across print and digital media
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, and Canva
- Experience in creating marketing collateral within a corporate or brand-driven environment
- Strong understanding of brand management and consistent application of brand standards across materials and channels
- Ability to research topics, organize information, and develop content with minimal direction or copy
- Strong writing and editing skills, with clear and effective message development
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively while remaining self-directed and dependable
- Flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken
- Strong awareness of design trends and sound judgment in applying them within a brand context
- Ability to demonstrate design quality, efficient turnaround, attention to detail, and strong content research capability

- Review sample materials to align with brand direction, tone, and template standards

- Update and refine design files based on findings and submit for review

- Conduct research to develop accurate, relevant, and high-quality content
- Avoid placeholder or generic content and ensure all information is verified
- Submit final designed materials for review and approval
