Job Description


About Us:

  • Adhesive Media is a creator economy agency based in Miami. We connect top brands with high-performing YouTubers. We represent 200+ creators, partner with 50+ brands per month, and have closed $20M+ in sponsorship deals.
  • We're bringing our technology in-house and automating our core workflows with AI. We need one person to own that entire push.
  • You'll build more in 6 months at Adhesive than you would in 3 years at a big tech company. You'll sit in our meetings, shadow every role, and ship tools that move real revenue.


The Role:

  • With Claude Code and the current generation of AI tools, one sharp person can out-build a team of five. We're hiring that person.
  • You'll own Adhesive's entire technology function: roadmap, architecture, execution, and rollout.
  • You'll work directly alongside Brandon Chien (LA) or Brandon Pourmorady (Miami), in-person, every day.


Responsibilities:

1) Own the technology function.

  • Scope projects based on real business needs by sitting in sales meetings, shadowing ad coordinators, and watching how deals get made.
  • Set the roadmap, prioritize, and ship fast.


2) Build and ship the tools our team uses every day.

  • A custom pitching platform for our deal makers.
  • An AI email assistant (Claude API powered) that auto-drafts responses for ad coordinators and deal makers.
  • A creator and sponsor matching system that handles new business pitching, surfacing new opportunities, and closing more deals across our roster.
  • A purpose-built deal management interface (think CRM, built for our workflow).
  • Business dashboards tracking sales, close rates, commissions, ads aired, and problem areas.
  • Sales and outreach infrastructure using Apollo, Clay.com, and deliverability platforms.


3) Make it stick.

  • Ship at 80%, test with real users, and iterate. No tools that collect dust.
  • Train the team, shadow them using what you build, and fix issues in hours not days.


Skills & Competencies:

1) AI Fluency: You use Claude Code, Cursor, or the equivalent every day.

  • You follow every new release, experiment constantly, and understand the game has changed. You don't need to be a senior full-stack engineer, but you do need to understand how systems fit together.

2) Speed: You'd rather get something to 80% and test it with real users than spend three months perfecting something nobody's tried.

  • You know when polish matters and when momentum matters more. You're a closer, not a starter.

3) Business Acumen: You can sit in a sales meeting, follow the conversation, and walk out with three ideas for tools that would make the team faster.

  • You enjoy being part of a cross-functional team. You're embedded in the business, not buried in a code editor.

4) Self-Driven: No one should have to chase you for status.

  • You set priorities, communicate proactively, and keep the roadmap moving.

5) Signal vs. Noise: Dozens of AI releases drop daily. You can tell what's real from what's fluff.


What This Role Is NOT:

  • Someone who wants a scope handed to them so they can disappear into a code editor.
  • A perfectionist who agonizes over code quality while the team waits.
  • Someone who starts ten projects and finishes three.

  • In-person: Miami preferred or LA (must already be local, or willing to relocate within 6 months).
  • Full-time.
