We are seeking 2 strong Business Analysts with solid experience in the banking/financial services domain. The ideal candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements while ensuring successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Translate business needs into BRD, FRD, and user stories
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure accurate implementation
- Conduct UAT support, including test case creation and validation
- Identify process improvements and recommend best practices
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards

Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in banking/financial services (Retail, Commercial, Payments, Lending, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong knowledge of SQL (basic queries) and data analysis
- Experience in requirement documentation tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
