Senior 2D Artist

We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Senior 2D Artist to join our team. This role is for a "hybrid" creator: someone with a rock-solid foundation in traditional digital painting who has also mastered AI generation tools to accelerate the production pipeline without sacrificing quality.

✅ Responsibilities

✔️ Rapid Sketching & Ideation: The ability to quickly produce hand-drawn sketches in various art styles to visualize concepts and compositions before or during the AI generation process.

✔️ AI-Driven Creation: Utilize AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Flux, Nano Banana tc.) to generate high-quality concepts, backgrounds, and assets based on initial sketches or prompts.

✔️ Expert Overpainting: Clean up, refine, and "fix" AI-generated materials—correcting anatomy, lighting, and artifacts to meet production-ready standards.

✔️ Stylistic Versatility: Seamlessly switch between Hyper-Realistic and Casual/Stylized art styles while maintaining visual consistency

✔️ Detail-Oriented Refinement: Ensure every piece of art is polished, paying close attention to micro-details that AI often misses.

✅ Requirements

✔️ Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in a professional 2D Artist or Concept Artist role.

✔️ Draftsmanship: Exceptional hand-drawing and sketching skills. You must be able to "think on paper" and quickly iterate on ideas manually.

✔️ Aesthetic Vision: An excellent sense of beauty and an eye for composition, color theory, and perspective.

✔️ AI Toolset Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of AI prompting and integration (ControlNet, LoRA, Inpainting/Outpainting).

✔️ Style Mastery: Proven portfolio demonstrating high-level execution in both Realistic and Casual aesthetics.

✔️ Speed & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and meet tight deadlines by leveraging a hybrid (Manual + AI) workflow.
