Senior Backend Software Engineer (Golang / Node.js / AWS) – W2 Only | Remote (EST)
We are actively hiring a Senior Backend Software Engineer for a high-visibility, enterprise-level project. This is a W2-only opportunity — NO C2C / NO 1099.
We are looking for top-tier, highly vetted senior engineers with strong backend development and cloud-native architecture experience.
🔹 Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing and building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices that power critical platforms. This role requires deep technical expertise and hands-on coding ability.
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of backend / API engineering experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Golang and/or Node.js
- Experience with GraphQL (design & consumption)
- Solid experience with AWS serverless (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture
- Service discovery
- Circuit breakers
- Distributed tracing
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Strong coding, debugging, and system design skills
- Experience working in Agile environments
