This role plays a key part in driving global demand generation and customer marketing impact through well-orchestrated, data-driven campaigns. You will be responsible for transforming strategy into execution across integrated marketing programs that directly influence pipeline and revenue growth. With a strong emphasis on webinars and virtual events, you will manage end-to-end campaign delivery across multiple regions and cross-functional teams. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, you will coordinate stakeholders across product marketing, demand generation, sales, and operations to ensure seamless execution. This position requires strong project ownership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Your work will help scale repeatable campaign engines that accelerate business growth and customer engagement globally.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will own the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns and global webinar programs, ensuring alignment with pipeline goals and business priorities.

  • Lead end-to-end campaign management, including planning, timelines, dependencies, stakeholder coordination, and delivery tracking in project management systems.
  • Translate campaign strategies into structured execution plans, ensuring clear goals, audiences, messaging, channels, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs from product marketing, content, field marketing, SDR/BDR teams, and sales to ensure aligned execution.
  • Own global webinar and virtual event execution, including scheduling, promotion, speaker coordination, live delivery, and post-event follow-up.
  • Manage multi-channel campaign execution across email, paid media, landing pages, social, and partner channels in collaboration with channel owners.
  • Track performance of campaigns and webinars, partnering with analytics teams to optimize engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and visibility of campaign progress for all stakeholders.

Requirements

This role requires strong B2B marketing experience with a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional campaigns that drive measurable revenue impact.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign management roles.
  • Proven success in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
  • Hands-on experience managing projects in tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong background in webinar and virtual event management, ideally across multiple regions and time zones.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, or similar).
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments is a plus.
