This is a high-impact creative leadership role focused on shaping brand strategy, performance-driven marketing, and creative execution within a fast-scaling digital coaching business. The Creative Marketing Director will co-lead brand vision alongside senior leadership while owning the end-to-end creative direction across all acquisition and retention channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on creative oversight, ensuring that messaging, campaigns, and assets directly contribute to measurable business growth. You will translate performance data into compelling creative strategies that improve conversions, engagement, and revenue outcomes. Accountabilities

  • Lead the development of monthly creative strategies informed by performance data, audience insights, and conversion analysis.
  • Own the creative direction across all marketing channels, including paid ads, landing pages, email campaigns, and video content.
  • Oversee and guide the production of all creative assets, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with brand strategy.
  • Build, manage, and elevate a multidisciplinary creative team including designers, copywriters, and video editors.
  • Define and approve brand messaging, ensuring all external communications align with performance and positioning goals.
  • Collaborate closely with growth and media buying teams to test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on real-time performance data.
  • Translate customer insights and data analysis into actionable creative concepts, hooks, and campaign strategies.
  • Maintain a strong focus on conversion performance, ensuring creative output directly supports revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in creative direction, ideally within high-ticket coaching, digital marketing, or service-based businesses.
  • Proven experience overseeing large-scale marketing funnels (including $1M+ revenue systems).
  • Strong leadership experience managing creative teams and establishing quality assurance processes.
  • Excellent copywriting literacy with the ability to evaluate, refine, and elevate team-produced content.
  • Strong analytical mindset with deep focus on A/B testing, performance metrics, and optimization.
  • Experience working with voice-of-customer research to inform messaging and campaign development.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on creative oversight in a fast-paced environment.
