Job Description
- Lead overall IT strategy and align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Manage enterprise systems including Vista company software, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Power Apps, networks, and infrastructure
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of all IT systems
- Oversee IT budgeting, cost control, and resource planning
- Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and service delivery performance
- Drive cybersecurity, data protection, compliance, and IT audit readiness
- Plan and maintain backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity systems
- Oversee system integrations (Vista, ERP, online ticketing, kiosks, mobile apps)
- Lead IT operations, maintenance, and user support across all business units
- Manage, mentor, and develop the IT team and support succession planning

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
- 10-12 years of experience in IT with at least 8 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Demonstrated high level skills in leadership and management.
- English proficiency required.
