We are looking for a Cloud DevOps Manager to join our growing technology team and help take our SaaS software to the next level.

You will be given a high level of responsibility and the opportunity to make an immediate impact by playing an important role in cloud architecture, security, performance, reliability, recoverability, deployment, hosting, and support of our product.

What You’ll Do

• You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the infrastructure of our customer base
• You’ll manage a DevOps team of two, with one Senior DevOps engineer in Vietnam and a
  
  

DevOps Engineer in Brazil.

• You’ll manage the day-to-day prioritization and tracking of tasks using Azure boards
• You’ll manage and troubleshoot critical escalations at any time of the day or night of our
  
  

infrastructure to ensure adherence to uptime KPI of 99.5% and 99.9% for contractual SLAs.

• You’ll propose and design Azure Cloud architecture for new features and/or changes to existing
  
  

architecture.

• You’ll develop and manage an infrastructure roadmap by identifying and prioritizing infrastructure
  
  

improvements to respond to the most important business opportunities for the company.

• You’ll oversee and supervise the infrastructure budget monitoring monthly against budget, and
  
  

identify cost-saving opportunities.

• You’ll promote and ensure security best practices by implementing cybersecurity policies and
  
  

procedures.

• You’ll oversee the availability, performance, security, scalability, deployment, automation, and
  
  

maintenance of Azure and AWS cloud-based production environments.

• You’ll oversee and manage the migration of customer sites from AWS into Azure Cloud hosting
• You’ll execute agile sprint devops tasks such as PR merges, code deployments, builds using
  
  

Azure Pipelines.

• You’ll implement cloud network security groups and proper segmentation on Azure and AWS
  
  

cloud.

• You will be the point of contact for support-related issues and/or questions related to the company's
  
  

infrastructure.

You will have done these

• You are highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including explaining technical
  
  

concepts to technical and non-technical executives.

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• You have expert knowledge of Azure Cloud Architecture and services
• You have at least 3+ years of devops team management experience
• You have at least 4+ years of devops & infrastructure experience in an Azure Cloud
• You have at least 2+ years of devops & infrastructure experience in AWS Cloud
• You know how to write infrastructure as code for Azure cloud providers using Azure Resource
  
  

Manager and/or Azure Terraform (or similar tools).

• You will have performed and/or overseen the following tasks:
  
  

○ Troubleshoot broken CI/CD pipeline issues.

○ Create new pipelines in Azure devops to automate IT Operations tasks.

○ Deploy new websites in our IIS/MSSQL windows environment in AWS and Azure.

○ Design and provision user roles and permissions on cloud environments and SaaS

platforms in accordance with cyber security best practices.

• You have established and managed best security practices in app hosting, WAF, deployment,
  
  

cloud data handling/management in accordance to OWASP top 10 practices for web application

security.

And a mix of these

• You are excited to work on a dual cloud environment (AWS and Azure) and do what it takes to
  
  

increase knowledge on both clouds.

• You have worked in IIS Server admin, SQL Server admin, Windows admin, Network Admin on an
  
  

AWS or Azure cloud hosted environment.

• You have experience working with Azure App Services and Azure SQL hosting
• You have experience updating internal and external technical documentation
• You have experience building relationships with internal stakeholders across an organization
• You have experience being the person responsible for Disaster Recovery drills and techniques
• You have assessed vendor services and technologies that will suffer changes or that will be
  
  

deprecated in the near future.

• You have experience supporting internal teams with any technical issues reported by customers,
  
  

developers, QA and/or product owners.

Extra credit for you

• You have software development background/experience, C# preferred
• You have experience working with external customers as an IT Infrastructure consultant
