We're working with a fast-growing pioneer in bespoke luxury travel on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a commercial powerhouse to scale a brand that creates unforgettable, authentic, and responsible worldwide tours for high-net-worth individuals.
This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker ready to own growth across the entire funnel. You will leverage data-driven insights to refine acquisition efficiency while maintaining a premium brand identity, working closely with Sales and Product teams to unlock new revenue streams in the global luxury market.
The Role
- Lead the diversification of paid media planning, optimizing performance across Paid Social, Search, and Display to drive sustainable customer growth.
- Define and execute high-impact growth strategies focused on decreasing CAC and increasing LTV through rigorous testing and experimentation.
- Collaborate with Brand and Content teams to align messaging and landing page experiences with high-intent acquisition goals.
- Present strategic insights and revenue forecasts to leadership, translating long-term company goals into actionable, measurable marketing plans.
- Drive a culture of strategic thinking, overseeing segmentation and positioning to better target affluent and HNW audiences.

- Extensive experience in Growth Marketing with a proven track record of scaling premium or luxury products (Luxury Travel experience is a major plus).

- Commercial mastery of key performance metrics including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and ROI.
