Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Design Director to lead our growing team, someone who will help shape the next chapter of Visual22 by raising our creative standards, mentoring the team, and driving the studio forward.
This is a fully remote position, and talents from anywhere in the world are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the team across packaging and key visual projects
- Set and uphold the standard across all deliverables
- Drive concept development and creative direction from brief to final execution
- Work hands-on with the team to refine and elevate design output
- Present design work to clients with clarity and confidence
- Contribute to pitches and strategic presentations to support new business efforts
- Collaborate closely with internal visualisation / CGI / retouching teams to ensure seamless execution
- Help shape and evolve the studio’s design processes and culture

Key Requirements
- 7+ years experience in branding / packaging / design agency environments
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in packaging design and key visual / campaign visual development
- Proven experience leading and mentoring designers
- Exceptional design taste, craft, and attention to detail
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, composition, and visual storytelling
- Ability to think strategically while remaining highly executional
- Confident presenter with strong client-facing communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative studio environment
Bonus If You Have
- Experience working with regional / global FMCG or beauty brands
- Understanding of production / artwork / packaging implementation
- Experience collaborating with CGI / retouching / visualisation teams
- Track record contributing to pitches and business development
