Compensation: $75,000 – $100,000 CAD per year (based on experience and performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Setting: Remote

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST



The Role

As an Email Marketing Manager at Grow Pronto, you will fully own email marketing for a portfolio of DTC brands.


You are responsible for strategy, execution, and performance across campaigns, flows, and pop-ups.


You will manage your team (designer, brand copywriter, and Klaviyo technician) and ensure all deliverables are completed on time, on-brand, and error-free.


Your role is to bring strategy and direction to the team, maintain high standards, and ensure every email sent on behalf of the client meets those standards.


You will also be the main point of contact for your clients, owning communication, performance, and overall account success.


This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, responsiveness, and consistency are critical.



Who’s a Great Fit


✓ You have 2+ years of experience managing email marketing for eCommerce/DTC brands

✓ You have deep expertise in email and SMS marketing for eCommerce

✓ You are highly proficient in Klaviyo and understand both flows and campaigns deeply

✓ You have a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, spacing, and modern design, and understand how to design emails that drive conversions, not just look good

✓ You can work quickly without sacrificing quality

✓ You are responsive, reliable, and communicate clearly with your team

✓ You can manage your team (designer, brand copywriter, and Klaviyo technician) and keep work moving efficiently

✓ You can manage multiple brands and stay organized without needing reminders

✓ You have strong agency, are independent, and proactive. You take ownership of your work and do not need to be reminded of tasks or deadlines

✓ You can work 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST with minimal interruptions



Key Responsibilities


  • Own full email marketing strategy and execution across campaigns, flows, and pop-ups
  • Create and manage monthly campaign calendars for each client
  • Review email copy to ensure clarity, performance, and brand alignment
  • Brief designers and review email designs for layout, hierarchy, and conversion
  • Manage client communication, approvals, and feedback loops
  • Handle revisions quickly (standard within 24 hours)
  • Oversee scheduling and QA to ensure all emails are error-free before sending
  • Manage your team to ensure deadlines are met across all deliverables
  • Maintain clean, organized Figma and Klaviyo environments
  • Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports with insights and improvement plans
  • Stay active in Slack and respond within 15 to 20 minutes during working hours
