Job Description

FieldPulse is a fast-growing, customer-focused SaaS company providing modern business management solutions for trade professionals, including plumbers, electricians, HVAC specialists, and specialty contractors. We empower business owners to run their operations more efficiently.

The Product Manager, Core Product owns the end-to-end strategy, development, and performance of FieldPulse’s core platform experience. This role is responsible for delivering high-impact product enhancements that improve usability, drive customer adoption, and support revenue growth across the business.

The successful candidate will lead product initiatives from discovery through launch, conducting deep customer research, analyzing product performance, and defining detailed functional requirements. They will design intuitive, scalable user experiences that streamline workflows across scheduling, estimating, job management, and payments, ensuring a seamless experience for all users within the FieldPulse platform.

This role operates at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and customer success to deliver meaningful improvements that drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term growth of the FieldPulse core platform.

Where You'll Work:

  • Full-time, in-office at our headquarters in Dallas, TX.
  • You’ll be right in the heart of the action, surrounded by a team of passionate, high-agency individuals who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Work directly with internal stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success to evaluate opportunities, prioritize initiatives, and deliver maximum customer and business value.
  • Conduct customer research, analyze product data, and evaluate workflows to ensure we are building intuitive, high-impact features within the FieldPulse core platform.
  • Craft detailed PRDs, create low- and high-fidelity mockups, and partner closely with engineering and design to deliver features from conception through launch.
  • Develop deep expertise across core product areas such as scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for the FieldPulse core platform, supporting Sales and Customer Success through enablement, product knowledge, and continuous improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Solid foundation in product thinking and an interest in technical concepts (APIs, systems, etc), no deep experience required, but curiosity and willingness to learn are key.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success) through internships, school projects, or early career roles.
  • Customer-focused mindset with an interest in understanding how product decisions drive both user experience and business impact.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, demonstrated through academic success (e.g., graduating with honors), internships, or hands-on projects.

What We Offer:

  • Relocation: An eligible candidate may receive relocation assistance to Dallas, Texas.
  • Impactful, Fast-Paced Startup Culture: Work on exciting projects that truly move the needle.
  • Lunches Provided Monday–Friday: Delicious meals on us to fuel your day.
  • Comprehensive Health Coverage: Medical insurance, plus dental & vision benefits to keep you covered.
  • Health & Wellness Perks: Memberships to keep you feeling your best.
  • 401(k) Plan: Secure your future while you grow with us.
  • Clear Path for Growth: Transparent career progression, professional development, and promotion opportunities.
  • Paid Parental Leave: Support for you and your family when it matters most.
