Responsibilities for the Technical Program Manager include:
- Managing end‑to‑end technical program execution across multiple workstreams from initiation through delivery
- Partnering with engineering, security operations, cloud, product, and compliance teams to drive alignment on technical scope and priorities
- Developing and maintaining integrated program plans, schedules, logs, dependencies, and executive‑level reporting
- Translating technical concepts into clear communication for non‑technical stakeholders and leadership
- Identifying risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies and escalating when required

- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or Project Manager supporting complex technology or cybersecurity initiatives
- Experience working with engineering, cloud, security, or infrastructure teams in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to manage interdependent systems, integrations, and delivery timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- PMP (Project Management Professional), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or similar certification preferred
