Job Description


We are looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused HR Coordinator to join our team and support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. In this role, you will manage HR administration, maintain employee records, support recruiting efforts, assist with benefits, administration, and serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the full employee onboarding process, including offer letters, background checks, equipment setup, and new hire orientations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in our HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  • Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents, including offer letters, employement agreements, and policy acknowledgements.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate data.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR coordination, HR administration, recruiting coordination, or related role is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (i.e. BambooHR, Paylocity, ADP, or Workday).
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruiting coordination best practices is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Genuine desire to support employees and create a positive employee experience.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the broader team.
