Our client is looking for a Cybersecurity Partner to join their team in London. Their practice operates worldwide, providing comprehensive legal and regulatory risk management for a range of clients including large corporations, government entities, and specialised internet companies, across various sectors. As a Partner you will get the opportunity to lead investigations, containment, and remediation of sophisticated data breaches and cybersecurity incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on regulatory and liability consequences of cybersecurity incidents.
- Conduct data protection and privacy audits and compliance risk assessments.
- Provide counsel on cloud services, data hub relocation projects, and storage management.
- Develop and implement proactive incident response plans.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in cybersecurity and data privacy law.
- Proven track record in managing legal and regulatory risks related to cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of data protection, information governance, and eCommerce.
- Ability to advise on complex cyber incidents across multiple jurisdictions.
