About The Role

We are seeking a talented Unity Game Developer to join our team, focusing on developing engaging mobile games that attract over 1 million daily active users across both global and Chinese markets. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing game features within Unity, ensuring high-quality design and seamless functionality. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including game designers, product managers, and engineers to bring creative visions to life, modernize existing systems, and develop new features based on project needs. Your expertise will help optimize game performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes. As part of our fully remote team, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, collaborate with talented professionals worldwide, and make a tangible impact on some of the most popular mobile games in the industry.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Unity game development for mobile platforms
• Proficiency in C# programming language
• Strong understanding of game architecture design principles
• Experience integrating backend and cloud services into games
• Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in Mandarin Chinese a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively
• Availability for at least 3 hours between 9 AM and 7 PM Beijing Time

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain game features within Unity, ensuring high standards of quality and performance
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to translate game concepts into functional systems
• Partner with game designers and product managers to enhance existing features and develop new game systems
• Modernize legacy systems and build innovative features based on project requirements
• Identify and resolve technical issues independently to improve overall game quality
• Continuously evaluate and optimize development workflows, tools, and processes
