Job Description


Company: Leadscale Inc (part of the Leadscale Limited group of companies)

Job Title: VP, New Business

Type: Full-time, exempt (Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm)

Location: Remote, US

Salary: $150,000 per annum

Sales incentive: Uncapped commission, with a $90,000 on-target bonus at full-year quota (pro-rated in year one based on start date)

About the Role

LeadScale is a growing presence in the US market, backed by our well-established UK parent company, LeadScale Group.


We’re looking for a driven, tenacious B2B sales professional to accelerate our US expansion. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting through to close, winning new business, building lasting client relationships, and contributing directly to our commercial growth.


You will thrive in generating and closing new opportunities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, underpinned by transparency, high standards of execution, and compliance with global industry standards.


This is a remote role within the US, with travel as required. You will be a disciplined self-starter, comfortable working independently and accountable for delivering results.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Winning new business to achieve and exceed targets set by the Company.
  • Conducting research and identifying potential leads through channels like LinkedIn, industry events, and other platforms.
  • Building and maintaining target lists, identifying and validating prospective clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Executing high-volume cold outreach via email, phone, and social media, engaging senior executives, decision-makers, and key influencers involved in demand generation.
  • Following up on inbound leads from websites, events, social media, and other channels.
  • Collaborating with the team to identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.
  • Developing a deep understanding of our products, services, and industry terminology.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and how to sell against our competitors.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
  • Representing the company at client and networking events.


What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience in B2B sales, within the demand/lead gen space.
  • Experience engaging VP and C-suite decision-makers — you know how to get in the room and close.
  • Robust network of marketing contacts to leverage so you hit the ground running.
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel B2B marketing tactics and performance marketing metrics.
  • Experience with Pipedrive, Reply.io and other sales CRM & enablement tools.
  • A passion for exceeding expectations and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A responsible professional. You are organized and able to effectively manage your own time.
  • A coachable and success-oriented mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude.
