The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to build and own our lifecycle and conversion engine from day one.
This isn’t just email marketing. You will design and run the systems that turn signups into engaged users, and users into active traders.

What You’ll Do
Build lifecycle flows across onboarding, activation, education, and re-engagement. Segment users and deliver the right message at the right time.
Write high-conversion copy across email and supporting channels. Run continuous experiments across subject lines, CTAs, timing, and messaging.
Track performance, analyze behavior, and improve conversion and retention over time.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years in growth or lifecycle marketing in crypto, DeFi, or fintech. Strong understanding of email deliverability, segmentation, and A/B testing.
Hands-on experience with leading email platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, SendGrid, or similar).
