About The Role

We are seeking a creative, curious, and ambitious Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting performance-driven advertising assets across multiple channels including LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Your primary focus will be to develop visuals that capture attention, foster engagement, and convert viewers into leads, directly impacting our clients’ business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring innovative ideas to life through static, motion, and video creative assets, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as media, content, and client stakeholders. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your design skills will influence campaign performance and contribute to strategic testing and optimization efforts.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
  • At least 1 year of experience with motion graphics and short-form video editing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with Figma
  • Basic video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-focused design work
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics, A/B testing, heat-mapping, and CRO analytics
  • Ability to work effectively in an agency environment with multiple projects
  • Interest in staying current with industry trends, AI, and automation in marketing

Responsibilities

  • Design compelling ad assets such as ad sets and landing pages, leveraging data to optimize digital marketing KPIs
  • Create motion graphics and short-form videos tailored for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
  • Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units aligned with platform specifications and audience attention spans
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to ensure creative assets align with campaign goals and audience insights
  • Maintain brand consistency across static, motion, and video assets while adapting to different audience segments and platforms
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat-mapping to inform and validate design decisions
  • Iterate and refine creative assets based on feedback, testing outcomes, and data insights
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, providing regular updates and communicating effectively with internal and client stakeholders
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to CRO and user experience design
