About The Role

The role at Naya is a dynamic and creative position that combines visual storytelling, brand expression, and design innovation. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for translating ideas, features, and updates into compelling visual formats that resonate with diverse audiences. Your work will span social media campaigns, product highlights, presentation decks, and internal communications, requiring a keen eye for aesthetics and engagement. You will play a vital role in shaping Naya's visual identity and ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

In addition to visual storytelling, you will develop and execute creative campaigns that highlight new features and innovations, experimenting with fresh approaches to inspire users and increase engagement. You will collaborate closely with product teams, gather and incorporate feedback, and navigate ambiguity to deliver high-quality design solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing new features from conception through to final implementation, maintaining pixel-perfect visuals, and creating seamless user experiences through detailed interactions and visual flow. Strong storytelling and communication skills are essential, as you will distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives that align with Naya’s strategic vision.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creative talent, technical skills, and strategic thinking. Preferably, you will have a formal background in graphic design, product design, animation, or related fields. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in design roles, especially within startup or fast-paced environments, is essential. You should have a strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create engaging visual content, from illustrations and animations to UI/UX designs.

Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar platforms is required. Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus. The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. A growth mindset, obsession with quality, and a customer-centric approach are critical attributes for success in this role.

Additionally, familiarity with user-centered design principles, system thinking, and business strategy will be advantageous. The ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively across different time zones is also essential.

Responsibilities

Design and develop visually compelling storytelling assets, including social media content, product highlights, and presentation decks that effectively communicate Naya’s value propositions and updates.

Create and evolve the visual identity of Naya by defining and maintaining brand standards across all digital touchpoints, including typography, graphics, motion, and tone.

Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that showcase new features and innovations, experimenting with different approaches to maximize user engagement and brand awareness.

Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visual formats.

Gather feedback from users, teammates, and stakeholders, and iterate designs accordingly to ensure alignment with user needs and strategic goals.

Navigate ambiguity by breaking down complex processes, identifying core problems, and developing actionable plans to address them.

Own the end-to-end design process for new features, from initial scope and low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity designs and final handoff specifications.

Focus on details such as interaction flow, visual hierarchy, and pixel perfection to deliver polished, seamless user experiences.

Use storytelling techniques to communicate complex information simply and compellingly, fostering alignment and shared understanding across teams.
