This role is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced SEO professional to design and execute advanced, data-driven strategies that directly drive client growth and ROI. You will operate at the intersection of technical SEO, content optimization, and strategic consulting, working with international clients across diverse industries. The position requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on technical expertise, and the ability to translate complex SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations. You will also play a key role in managing large-scale SEO initiatives such as migrations, audits, and performance recovery projects. Working in a fully remote, global environment, you will collaborate closely with content, link-building, and client-facing teams to maximize search visibility and business outcomes. This is a senior-level role where innovation, autonomy, and leadership are essential to shaping both client success and internal SEO practices.

Accountabilities

• Develop and implement long-term, ROI-focused SEO strategies tailored to client business goals and growth objectives.
• Lead client communications, presenting technical insights and strategic recommendations in a clear, engaging, and actionable way.
• Execute advanced technical SEO audits, including site performance, indexing, crawlability, and structured data optimization.
• Optimize websites across technical, on-page, and off-page SEO dimensions to improve organic visibility and performance.
• Manage complex SEO projects such as large-scale migrations, penalty recoveries, and AI-enhanced content initiatives.
• Conduct ongoing keyword research, expansion, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Implement growth-focused experimentation using data-driven insights, automation, and emerging AI or no-code tools.
• Make direct technical changes to client websites, including on-page code adjustments and basic server-side configurations when required.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve overall campaign performance and ROI delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of internal SEO standards, processes, and training materials.
• Drive innovation in AI-powered SEO practices and support continuous improvement of methodologies and workflows.
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical and strategic SEO execution.
• Proven ability to design and manage end-to-end SEO strategies that deliver measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, including audits, site architecture, indexing, and structured data.
• Experience managing complex SEO projects such as migrations, recoveries, and large-scale optimization initiatives.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS basics, and ability to implement SEO-related code and server-side adjustments (e.g., .htaccess).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting SEO strategies directly to clients.
• Familiarity with modern SEO tools, automation, and AI-driven optimization techniques.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, client-facing environment aligned with US time zones.
