Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to expand MedAll’s reach and engagement globally. Day-to-day tasks include creating targeted campaigns, managing social media (organic and paid), creative asset creation, analyzing performance metrics, communicating with our community on platform and via email campaigns, optimizing marketing initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in positioning MedAll as a leader in medical education innovation.

Qualifications
- Marketing and strategy skills, including digital marketing, campaign management, and brand positioning
- Content creation, writing, and editorial abilities for engaging and on-brand communications
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and optimization of marketing initiatives
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage projects and collaborate across teams
- Experience in healthcare, education, or technology sectors is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fully remote, dynamic environment
