Are you an experienced Product Designer looking to join a very promising startup in an environment with little bureaucracy and fast iteration? Do you want to help shape the core design experience of an AI assistant that is genuinely changing how people manage their working lives?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing Series B AI startup backed by top-tier investors. The team is building the world's most powerful AI executive assistant — a proactive, iMessage-native assistant that manages inboxes, preps meetings, handles scheduling, and takes action across email, calendar, Slack, and 100+ other tools before users even have to ask.

As the Senior Product Designer, you'll work directly with the founder to craft and refine the core assistant experience — from micro-interactions to end-to-end visual language. You'll lead user research, run usability testing, and iterate on designs until they're right. The team runs lean by design, which means you'll have considerable autonomy, make real decisions, and see the direct impact of your work in the product.

The Role

• Work directly with the founder and product and engineering teams
• Define, prototype, design, and iterate on the product experience — from micro-interactions to end-to-end visual language
• Lead user research and usability testing to understand users and the problems to be solved
• Collaborate with engineers to navigate trade-offs and help build a world-class product
• Work in person 4 days a week from the San Francisco office

The Person

• 3+ years of experience as a product designer
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with web technologies — JS, HTML, CSS, or React (nice to have)
• Visual design and branding experience
