At RemoteStar, we’re hiring for one of our clients who are building AI systems that support real-world industrial decisions not chatbots, not demos.

These are systems where reasoning quality has direct financial impact.

We’re looking for a Founding Agent / LLM Engineer to architect and scale next-generation agent infrastructure from the ground up.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have built complex AI systems in production
• Designed agent architectures before they were mainstream
• Have a track record in competitive programming / ML / math
• Have shipped systems at scale

• Built open-source tools others actively use

What You’ll Own

• Designing advanced LangGraph reasoning workflows
• Building robust RAG systems (Postgres + pgvector)
• Implementing hallucination detection & output validation
• Architecting scalable multi-agent systems
• Building MCP server infrastructure
• Designing for 1000+ concurrent conversations
• You are accountable for system reliability.

Technical Baseline

• Advanced Python (strong async mindset)
• LangChain / LangGraph
• Vector databases + embeddings
• FastAPI
• Strong distributed systems thinking

You’ll be working on systems where:

• Hallucinations cost money
• Reasoning must be explainable
• Performance must scale reliably
