Solutions Engineer – Web3 Infrastructure (Remote – U.S. / New York‑based)

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a fast‑growing cybersecurity company in the Web3 and blockchain space, trusted by leading protocols, funds, and infrastructure providers. Their platform combines real‑time risk intelligence, machine learning, and predictive threat detection to protect digital‑asset ecosystems before exploits occur.

They’re looking for a Solutions Engineer to serve as the link between engineering, sales, and customer success, helping clients implement advanced security and risk solutions that safeguard protocols and on‑chain operations.

This is a remote role (U.S.‑based), with a strong preference for candidates in or around New York City.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the technical expert in client conversations, demonstrating products and solutions to enterprise and Web3 customers.
• Architect and deliver custom proofs of concept, integrations, and API implementations.
• Partner with sales and product teams to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions.
• Support pre‑sales and onboarding processes to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction.
• Work with engineering to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience working at a cryptocurrency firm, specifically in blockchain data or infrastructure.
• 4–8 years of experience in pre‑sales or post‑sales technical roles (Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Implementations).
• Solid understanding of blockchain architecture, smart contracts, security, or DeFi protocols.
• Strong experience with APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts.
