This role is responsible for driving the effectiveness and performance of a high-performing commercial organization through strategic training, coaching, and development programs. You will lead onboarding for new hires, sales skills development, and ongoing field enablement initiatives that directly impact business results. Operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment, you’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Compliance, and external partners to ensure field teams are prepared, confident, and capable of executing in real-world settings. The position blends strategic planning with hands-on delivery, including field coaching and engagement, to reinforce behaviors that improve patient access and sales outcomes. You’ll have the opportunity to influence the adoption of best practices, optimize training programs, and shape leadership development initiatives. This role is remote with regular travel to support team engagement and training delivery.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in sales, training, or commercial operations, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors
  • Experience in launch or high-growth environments with demonstrated ability to adapt and evolve training programs in real time
  • Strong expertise in onboarding, field coaching, and sales enablement
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills with knowledge of adult learning principles
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva)
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, M.Ed., PharmD) preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and ability to travel for field engagements
  • Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. as required during training activities
