Job Title: Senior Manager, CEG Compensation & Planning
Location: 100% Remote
Pay Rate: $141/hr. on W2
Duration: 8 Months with possible extension
About the Role:
- As Senior Manager, CEG Compensation & Planning, you will serve as a strategic partner to CEG leadership, owning the design, execution, and continuous improvement of compensation programs for the Customer Excellence Group. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Finance, HR, and go-to-market strategy — requiring someone who can translate business priorities into actionable compensation frameworks that drive performance and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Design & Administration
- Lead the design, modeling, and administration of incentive compensation plans for CEG roles, spanning both commission-eligible and non-commission roles across the Customer Excellence Group
- Partner with HR, Finance, and CEG leadership to ensure comp plans are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business objectives
- Collaborate with the Sales Compensation team to ensure CEG plans are aligned with broader Client's compensation philosophy, structures, and governance
- Partner with the Sales Compensation and Digital Technology (DT) teams to ensure the systems, tools, and processes are in place to accurately and efficiently execute comp plans end-to-end
- Lead the annual design of Role Level KPIs in alignment with the CEG OKR process
- Serve as the primary escalation point for compensation disputes, plan interpretation, and exception management
- Manage annual comp plan refresh cycles, including quota-setting methodology, plan communication, and rollout

Analytics & Insights
- Proactively surface insights and recommendations to senior leadership on comp effectiveness, payout trends, and planning gaps
- Drive scenario modeling to evaluate the business impact of comp plan changes or organizational shifts
- Based on business priorities and performance insights, develop targeted recommendations for spot bonuses or additional incentives to drive desired outcomes and behaviors across CEG teams

Cross-Functional Partnership
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and HR to ensure comp plans are compliant, scalable, and operationally sound
- Act as a trusted advisor to CEG Leadership Team on matters related to performance incentives, plan design and KPIs
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in compensation, sales/revenue operations, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience designing and administering incentive compensation programs for post-sale or customer success organizations
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with proficiency in Excel and BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Proven track record of working cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and senior business leaders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
