Deposit squad Product owner
Kapital Bank invites experienced and qualified candidates from Azerbaijan and the CIS countries to join the agile block of Kapital Bank as – Deposit (Retail funding) squad Product owner at Credit products & Onboarding Tribe.
Responsibilities
• Create customer centric funding products considering best in class customer experience in all product channels;
• Identify opportunities and define product vision according to strategy
• Defining product release plans / roadmaps and driving timely and successful achievement of these roadmaps through quarterly plantings
• Streamline and strengthen end-to-end process for the Deposit Portfolio and other funding services
• Lead cross-functional product team through process of clarifying requirements and delivery expectations;
• Effectively manage stakeholder while ensuring strong collaboration and communication across teams within bank
• Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process;
• Conducting business analysis by forecasting and gauging product profit and loss
• Managing a backlog of features and functionalities that deliver continued value for our customers and competency for our business
• Conduct market research and competitor studies to identify opportunities, gaps, and areas of improvement for deposit products and funding services
Background
• Completion of qualifications in a business or related field such as Bachelor of Business, Management, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or industry specific qualifications
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of knowledge and experience in banking or relevant specialist knowledge in product management preferably in funding products
• Ability to prioritize effectively
• Experience in Business Analysis and analytics areas.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies;
• Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles
• Strong presentation skills;
