Cloud IT Operations Engineer

TSV is partnering with an innovative health tech company in the Prior Authorization space to hire an Information Technology Operations Engineer. This person will be a part of the Network Operations Center (NOC) team and will report to the Senior Director Cloud Technology and IT Operations. This is a 100% remote position. This role is responsible for monitoring, triaging, and resolving infrastructure and application issues across Azure and AWS environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with modern monitoring tools and thrive in a fast-paced, operations-focused environment.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, and services using tools such as Site24x7, Datadog, or similar platforms
• Respond to alerts, incidents, and service disruptions; perform initial triage and resolution
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate engineering teams with clear documentation
• Perform root cause analysis and assist in post-incident reviews
• Maintain system uptime and performance across Azure and AWS environments
• Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) and runbooks for incident management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, Engineering, and Security
• Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, and operational processes
• Perform day-to-day service desk activities, including end-user support and execution of engineering requests related to Azure infrastructure and cloud operations

What You'll Bring:

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, NOC, or Systems Engineering roles
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud infrastructure (required)
• Experience with monitoring/observability tools such as Site24x7, Datadog, New Relic, or similar

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS cloud services
• Exposure to automation/scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of ITIL practices or incident management frameworks
• Experience supporting fully cloud-native environments
