Associate UX Designer

Our video streaming client is in search of an Associate UX Designer with a strong visual design focus for a fully remote contract opportunity. This role is ideal for a designer who can own key parts of the user experience and deliver polished, user-centered web designs in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Pay Rate: $50.00/hour
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end web experiences from wireframes to high-fidelity, production-ready designs
• Create clean, effective layouts with strong attention to hierarchy, usability and visual detail
• Deliver developer-ready assets and specifications with consistency and precision
• Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and design partners
• Contribute to and work within an established design system
• Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders
• Use insights from research and testing to iterate and improve designs
  
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience designing for web, including hands-on production design
• Strong foundation in UX, interaction design and usability principles
• Excellent visual design skills and attention to detail
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
  
  
  

Required skills:

• Proficiency in Figma
• Experience with design systems and component-based design
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Experience producing web-ready assets
  
  
  

Nice to have:
