- Define and execute the technology and product roadmap aligned to business priorities

Ideal Profile
- Prior experience as a CTO, VP, or SVP of Technology/Engineering

- Experience managing hybrid teams (onshore, offshore, and vendors)
- Strong financial and operational acumen, including budgeting and resource optimization
- Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
- Strong communicator with experience engaging executives, investors, and cross-functional stakeholders
