Job Description -

 AI/ML Engineer W2

Location: Boston MA; Smithfield, RI; or Merrimack, NH. Open to relocation but local candidates given first priority.

Duration: 12 months

Schedule:  Hybrid onsite every other week (5 days per week).

Onboarding: Background check, credit check, and drug screening.

NOTE: PV will administer a pre-interview technical assessment before submitting the candidate to the client.

The Role

This role is for an experienced engineer joining an AI-focused team responsible for building proof-of-concept solutions that demonstrate how emerging technologies can address real business use cases. The team operates in a fast-paced, experimental environment, rapidly turning new AI advancements into functional prototypes and scalable applications. The position involves working across the full stack, integrating AI services into user-facing products, and continuously evaluating new tools and frameworks to identify high-impact opportunities.

Candidates are expected to have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, physics, or a related field (or equivalent graduate study). Strong proficiency in Python is required, along with experience in APIs, databases, and modern DevOps practices. Familiarity with large language models, orchestration tools, and frontend technologies is valuable. The role requires strong problem-solving ability, adaptability in ambiguous environments, and effective communication, along with a track record of quickly learning new technologies and contributing to innovation, collaboration, and technical mentorship.

Must Have:

• Must be strong with Python API development.
• Must have strong CI/CD skills
• Must be audile ready to describe A.I. tooling experience, how they used it, what they built.
