Job Description

Product Manager | £650 - £750

We're working with a leading global workforce solutions powerhouse on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to spearhead a mission-critical Release Team, acting as the ultimate bridge between rapid development and global deployment across a massive ecosystem of users.

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end release lifecycle for a flagship multi-platform application. You’ll leverage AI-driven insights to predict risks and fine-tune CI/CD pipelines, ensuring that every update across Web, iOS, and Android is seamless, stable, and user-centric. This is a high-visibility contract where your ability to balance technical release engineering with product strategy will directly safeguard the user experience of millions.

The Role

  • Lead the strategic execution of weekly release cycles for high-traffic Web, iOS, and Android applications.
  • Translate high-level product strategy into a granular, actionable roadmap, presenting clear milestones to executive stakeholders.
  • Drive process innovation by optimizing and automating CI/CD pipelines to increase deployment frequency and reliability.
  • Spearhead incident management and technical triage, identifying root causes and unblocking development teams to minimize downtime.
  • Harness AI-driven monitoring and data insights to track release health metrics and proactively mitigate deployment risks.

What You'll Need

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager within a high-growth scale-up or enterprise environment, specifically focused on Releasing or Platform engineering.
  • Deep technical literacy in CI/CD workflows, Git, and mobile app deployment (App Store Connect/Google Play Console).
  • Expert project management skills with the ability to coordinate complex, cross-functional timelines across Engineering, QA, and Design.
  • A data-driven mindset with experience in user testing, product analytics, and monitoring tools like Datadog, New Relic, or Mixpanel.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical blockers into clear status updates for non-technical stakeholders.

What's On Offer

  • Competitive daily rate of £650 - £750 in a high-impact contract position.
  • Fully remote working flexibility within the UK, offering a great work-life balance.
  • Access to premium instructor-led training courses and professional development resources.
  • A clear pathway to senior leadership roles within a globally recognised talent and technology leader.
