In this fully remote role, you’ll analyze campaign data, track KPIs, and deliver insights that improve customer acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
You’ll work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to turn numbers into actionable growth strategies.
🎯 What You’ll Do- Analyze marketing campaign performance across multiple channels
- Track KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
- Build dashboards and reports to visualize marketing performance
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Support A/B testing and experiment analysis
- Collaborate with marketing teams on campaign strategy improvements
- Work with large datasets using SQL and analytics tools
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders

- 2–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or similar roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.)
- Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Good communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or digital marketing environments
- Knowledge of attribution modeling and funnel analysis
- Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, and paid media analytics
- Experience with experimentation and growth marketing teams
