🚀 About the RoleWe’re looking for a results-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive growth and brand awareness. In this fully remote role, you’ll own key digital channels and use data to continuously improve performance.
You’ll collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to deliver impactful, high-performing campaigns.
🎯 What You’ll Do- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels
- Manage paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic
- Create and optimize email marketing campaigns and automation flows
- Analyze campaign performance and report on KPIs and ROI
- Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with content and design teams on marketing assets
- Identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities

- 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or growth marketing
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Experience in SaaS, tech, or e-commerce industries
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for landing pages
- Experience with content marketing or copywriting
- Familiarity with attribution models and funnel analytics
