  • Work with Core Operations and peer teams to manage system configurations, updates, troubleshooting and repair on live in-production critical control systems and devices.
  • Create and maintain documentation, policies, procedures, test plans, and change management records.
  • Support cybersecurity efforts by managing firmware updates, backups, vulnerability remediation, and system restoration.
  • Provide on-call support for emergency incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend improvements for system reliability.
  • Coordinate delivery of vendor supplied services.
  • Ensure system compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, ANSI, ASHRAE, NEMA, ISA).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and efficiency.
  • Security is a shared responsibility. All employees are required to comply with company security policies and procedures and to help protect company information, systems, and assets in the course of their daily work.

Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Six years equivalent experience building, maintaining and operating Building Management and Electrical Power Monitoring systems (including Tridium Niagara, Schneider Electric Ecostruxure systems, etc.)
  • Strong experience in standards development, process frameworks, and roadmap planning for commercial and/or industrial control systems.
  • Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of Building Automation and Electrical Power Monitoring system designs.
  • Ability to perform system and device level troubleshooting on complex industrial control systems, sensors and devices.
  • Strong understanding of operational technology (OT) networks and common control system communication protocols and standards (Modbus, Bacnet, OPC/UA, MQTT, serial and ethernet networks, etc)
  • Willingness to travel up to 15%, with flexibility to accommodate changing project and business requirements.
