What You’ll Do
- Use ad analytics to generate fresh ad ideas
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan concepts and copy
- Design high-quality static ads based on concepts, copy, and references
- Continuously improve speed, accuracy, and creative judgment
- Follow clear processes while contributing your own creative ideas

Your First Month
- Focus on learning our tools, systems, and quality standards
- Work closely with the CMO to improve speed, accuracy, and creative judgment
- Build your workflow and performance-driven design skills
- Create 100 high-quality static ads by the end of the month
- Regular feedback sessions to help you grow and adjust
Requirements
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience post-university
- Proficient in Canva & Photoshop
- Open to learning and integrating AI tools into your workflow
- Bonus: Experience working with e-commerce brands
