Pay Range: $85,000 – $115,000 per year

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Junior Data Scientist to join our data and analytics team. This role is ideal for entry level candidates or early-career professionals who are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights using statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.

You will collaborate with Data Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, and business stakeholders to build predictive models and data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and exploratory data analysis (EDA)
  • Develop and evaluate machine learning models
  • Apply statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
  • Build predictive and classification models
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present insights
  • Work with structured and unstructured datasets
  • Communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or related STEM field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internship, research, or academic projects acceptable)
  • Strong understanding of Statistics, Probability, and Linear Algebra
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning fundamentals
  • Basic understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
